I guess it's about time I do...Dr.Robert's you know how very much this means to all the girls at work and to me the most!! You are a great person to work with and you make it nice to come to work. Your words were very kind and we really do Thank You for them..Sometimes we feel that we are forgotten but you always make sure we know we did a good job that day..And most of all you don't scratch that stupid radio!!! It's always nicer to hear a "Ok got it! Or "Thank you!" And I think we all know who I am talking about!1 LOL..Well I just wanted you to know how every much we thank you for the words and most of all how very nice you are to us all!! You as doctors have a full plate as is, and if there is something that a secretary/clerk can do to help you out even more we give it 100% and some. I, myself give the doctors a BIG thumbs up, because you DO have alot to do, and to be able to acknowledge us as you say as "unsung heroes" makes me feel that I (we) are doing something important, and right. Similar to secretaries in the Command suite: the brass come & go, but the secretaries are always there - and know everything! They can make your life difficult or much simpler.
