It’s good to see that there are some who can report on the tragedy and also help out.
Had a friend who was stranded on top of her house for 3 days and when rescue boats came by the were told it was too dangerous to rescue any people and left. While waiting for rescue, 4 elderly died of exposure and dehydration in the area around her.
