It appears the physical exam is indeed a dying art. And, for the record, yours still gets the thunder, but mine gets the lightning. Pun intended. Fortunately, there was no thunder — no doubt you noticed the endotracheal tube! As one well-versed in ATLS, I am a little embarassed that we didn’t roll him. File it for experience.
