    Kim probably works at the same hospital I do, where all the nurses do is eat bonbons and do their nails.

    My theory is it’s an elves/shoemaker type arrangement, where she leaves the door open at night with the laptop conspicuously left open on the table, and in the morning there’s a brand new post… ;)
