How on earth did they round up a grand jury with a modicum of common sense in America? Now the overzealous prosecutor should have to pay the expenses incurred by the accused Dr. and nurses in their defense as well as the destruction of their careers because we know that even though they weren't charged the public will still view them as guilty thanks to the media sensationalism.
