We are following the normal recommendations for staying healthy. Worry and stressing will actually just run the immune system down anyway! One of my family member works for the local EMS department, she commented today "If you don't have the swine flu before you go to the ED, just spend a couple of hours at the local county hospital and you will leave with it or something worse."
