Until you&#039;ve seen a 350lb manic patient tear an ER apart, with nobody having a ghost of a chance of taking him down, you won&#039;t appreciate how nice it would be to have something that could at least get him on the ground, were a 10-12 staff members could dogpile him.

It&#039;s the closest thing we&#039;ve got to a tranquilizer gun.</description>
