Some other predictions would be that this will be the basis for Delphi getting out of commitments to current and former employees, send jobs to other countries, and farther down the road justify a huge bonus for the top guy for “turning the company around.”

Congratulations, UAW. Employer bankruptcy seems to be the end goal of every union leader these days.
