    Practical knowledge! One thing I learned in college was “it’s the things you learn after you think you know everything that matter”. Maybe this is one of those things for her.

    Not sure she can make a living from it, but it would be a conversation starter.

    As a mom; “Leave her be, at least she is eating healthy!!”

    As a co-worker: “Peeling bananas, or blowing up the lab. Hummm… her’s is a safer hobby”

    Funny, I thought I was the only one who did that. If you watch a monkey they peel it that way. I didn’t want to stray too far from my evolutionary roots.
