1. Nice post (haha always nice when more money involved right?) Actually I’m just starting my residency and have a vague idea about how all the RVU’s work (or even when RVU actually stands for). I’ve heard a few ED docs talking about them, but just basically understood that the more complex the patient, the more RVU’s, the more for billing. I don’t know exactly how much extra money that translates into (and I’m guessing depends a lot on how the group you practice with is set up as).

   But, so I guess as long as it passes, should be a little more income right? too bad I think my residency pay is pretty much set haha.
