There is a nice thing Nick Genes does for the Grand Round hosters. He writes a nice monograph with a Q&A with that weeks’ Grand Rounds host. It’s called ‘Prerounds’, and it used to come out prior to Grand Rounds, but now it comes out afterward. Here’s mine:

I think the reason it’s not ‘pre’ anymore was difficulties with the Grand Rounds link. They want one prior to publishing their prerounds, and people (like me) have screwed that up in the past, so maybe that’s why.
Anyway, now I need to send Nick another buck. Dang, this is getting expensive.
