1. I am happy to hear that the nursing student stepped up to the plate. However,the actually story does not add up. The victim supposedly did not have a pulse, so she put O2 on him, and his heart just miraculously starting beating again? Doesn’t current BLS standards say that early defibrillation has the best chance of success, and every flight is required to have an AED on board? Maybe it is just bad reporting. I also thought this was funny: “Joslin is pursuing a double major: nursing and writing with a minor in religion”. She must of prayed that the oxygen alone would work, cause it did!
