ScrappleFace: Liberia Tries to Buy Uranium, Bush Commits Troops
U.S. President George Bush today committed 10,000 soldiers and Marines to a U.N. peacekeeping force in Liberia. The decision came immediately after U.N. Secretary General Kofi Annan said that a British intelligence report indicates Liberia may have tried to buy uranium in Niger.

Hello I am a friend of Ann Stewart. She told me about your news place here. I wanted to tell you I support Bush in his military actions. I did not want any war to happen to this country, but I think it was unavoidable for our President in the case with Iraq, and I think he is doing an excellent job in Liberia. I think he is the President who should serve for the next 4 years. We have been in a heated debate over this for weeks at Ann?s news site. I am for Bush, but most of the other people in the debate are against him. I just think people crucify and ridicule presidents too much. I think he has done well with our country and he can again. He has done better than a lot of other Presidents have in the past especially Clinton.
