Thanks to the passage of lawsuit reforms, medical care is now more readily available in many Texas communities. For many patients, this change has been life-altering; for some, life-saving.

I enjoyed reading this guest column, but at the bottom of it there was a link to another guest column, with the same date, in which some lawyer basically says that everything in this guest column is a big lie.

So, where does the truth lie? (interested to see the words “truth” and “lie” in this juxtaposition. Double entendre of some sort I think.)
For what it’s worth, I’ve considered and still consider someday moving to Texas to practice, and yes, the legal climate is the main thing that has me interested.
