Wait, I was told this would Never Work.

Thanks to the passage of lawsuit reforms, medical care is now more readily available in many Texas communities. For many patients, this change has been life-altering; for some, life-saving.

  1. I enjoyed reading this guest column, but at the bottom of it there was a link to another guest column, with the same date, in which some lawyer basically says that everything in this guest column is a big lie.

    So, where does the truth lie? (interested to see the words “truth” and “lie” in this juxtaposition. Double entendre of some sort I think.)

    For what it’s worth, I’ve considered and still consider someday moving to Texas to practice, and yes, the legal climate is the main thing that has me interested.
